c'est pas mon truc.
there's a lot to say about many events that has occurred over the past dizaine days.
friday we had chem focus with six people before more came to join in. i feel like i can own electrochem now, but then that's how i felt before the cts and look where i am. it never changes. like even when you're so close, in the end nothing changes. (refer to ihc waterpolo)
saturday three afterburners went to play a bit of waterpolo. then we went to town for some boy entertainment. i realised the arcade at paradiz was bigger than it seems. hell i thought it was only one row of machines but turned out there was more machines that was hidden. in fact, what i saw from outside was just the tip of the iceberg.
i owned at daytona but that's hardly anything to brag about because i think we were all having fun. especially tea who decided to drive against the direction and he fragged jasper LOL. then i went to fool around by grinding cars against the wall. okay la quite fun for $1.
i can't really remember what went on for the rest of the week. maybe academic pursuits have killed my memory cells. oh ihc waterpolo saw us landing 4th position for the 4th year running. but it was something to be proud of as we went down fighting and was only denied third spot by typical BB skulduggery and treachery.
still we had nata de coco drinks and i took three. 27th ptm was uneventful. i cramped for a few days afterward, including for our class pe lesson which was captain's ball. assez boring. then wednesday and i decided to skip track to study in sch with yuklun.
and it was a good choice as the session was fairly productive as i finished one tutorial (or rather half), and gained insights into junda's philosophies about life. or in particular, about school. to quote the great man, he said "if no one were to get good results, our grades would not be as lousy." true, that, very true.
oh and there was no milo van at track finals. which about made my decision 10 times as wise. thursday night was spent out with the 4j boys and i must say i miss them a lot. even though i did nothing for the 2-hour chem the next day i figured it was a welcome break from sitting outside the council room trying to study for the whole bloody week.
then friday. which was uh, yesterday. ihc netball and shooting though i took part in neither because we were full up either way. so it was back with the boys on the basketball court and we relished the full court 69 challenges.
the pcb team linked up to form a formidable squad to beat the other team 69-49. i think details will be out on the pcb blog soon. i bloody love my fridays.
thought of doing work at night but the idea of working on friday nights just put me off. instead i went to watch a french movie "une vie à t'attendre", which franchement was yet again a typical french movie.
no plot that i can see. no linkage or sequence of events.
but, as usual, lots of sex. and intimate scenes.
speaking of which yahoo.fr posted nude photos as its headline on thursday. i don't know what the heck is up with the frenchies. i can't imagine if a little kid wanted to use the search engine and OOPS what's that on the main page? or maybe the frenchies see so much of it anyway that it doesn't matter.
and i just finished watching the show this morning. turns out the movie wasn't promoting anything. the guy was flitting between two women and like trying to decide who he should go with. so he kisses girl A, convinces her that girl B is out of his life, and the next scene he's in bed with girl B talking about their future together.
repeat those scenes 5 times, and they call it a movie. what the fuck.
i'm loaning those discs out. i mean even though it's not that great an avenue to learn about moral values, it will greatly improve your french. *looks away* or at least i hope so. i just finished my second coursework and that is ready for submission. though my first is in a mess and now i realise i can't do anything to change it cos my teachers can't make corrections.
DIE. and doubly so because that first coursework is for A levels!! anyone knows french more than me? save my arse pls.
i don't wanna study. recently i've been kinda distracted when i'm studying alone. it's a phenomena that occurs frequently when i'm sitting at a dreamy area (like council room in early afternoon) and i'm thinking about ihc, basketball, going on a holiday and basically everything except whatever i appear to be doing.
this is bad. i'm not sure why this is happening, but i intend to shut it out as soon as possible. just got the prelims schedule and seems like everyone is ending on the same day. well, except me that is. bloody h3 maths.
je ne suis pas content.
aiya guess it's my turn to end late. this is lame, i've never wanted to end early or anything - i just wanted to end at the same time so we can all 普天同庆 or whatever. i don't go around laughing at those who end later. so why this bad karma?
i'd stop griping and try to mug, only i have no mood.
thus i will find some shit to do until i feel like mugging. it sucks to be stupid. it sucks to be stupid. and it sucks to feel lazy when you know that you're stupid.
navy seals ftw!~
