short report.

today i wasted time, but enjoyed a little of it.

according to john lennon, time you enjoyed spending was not wasted. so i guess i still wasted most of my day, but nonetheless:

i met kezhong and xiong. that was good.

went back to ri/rj, which wasn't so good but passable.

and i lost money to my sista!! not good for me, but i'm pleased for her.

two years back there was a lot of trepidation upon collection of my A level results, so i suppose she must have felt the same today. but the joy of doing better than we expected, albeit two years and two mrt stations apart, undoubtedly makes for a (somewhat) fairytale ending to twelve years under MOE.

it's all gerd.

oh and i managed to see the ihc scores. bw 68 mt 58 bb 54 mr 48 hh 34.

some things really don't change hahaha. (not just the bw bit..) as much as i can't really give a **** about my descendants, i still feel this tinge of pride whenever i see bw leading the standings. three years in a row and we're still counting championships.

these moments make me feel really honoured to have served as the first captain and to have started the rout. the mellow memories of the good old days also start to flash back as i saw the scoreboard.

business as usual, bayley-waddle. business as usual.

on a whim, kezhong and i paid a visit to cz in the evening. the spontaneity of the whole day was amazing.

this is how the story goes:
1. i randomly decided to go to school
2. kezhong decided we should have lunch
3. we decided to crash a levels results
4. i decided xiong should join in
(after a levels)
5. xiong and i left first cos kezhong was busy
6. xiong missed the 156 bus cos the driver hated him
7. cos of point 6, i waited longer at the bus stop
8. kezhong leaves sch and is surprised to see us there
9. i coax kezhong to following me to the library
10. kezhong coaxes me to walk home with him
11. on the walk back we decided to velo
(then we went home to change to SPORTING GEAR)
12. kezhong decides to explore potong pasir
13. i suggest visiting cz

and so we did. it's great to have spontaneous friends.

i'll try to salvage some time in doing meaningful stuff for today. it's already so late omg.
