evaluating myself.

WTH orientation evaluation is being a pain in my arse.

"name one moment which was most memorable."
painting banners with the décor comm. because that was some shitass sai kang that reminded us what orientation was all about. and i remember i went to my grandma house late even though it was some official dong zhi gathering. i felt unfilial after that, but hey how can i not respond to the school's calling?

of course there were more memorable moments but i might get zammed for listing them. and ohh i don't think it's very pleasant to say it. memorable, but i'd rather forget it.

"what have you learnt about yourself during the function?"
well plenty of things really. strengths and weakness both alike.

1) i definitely cannot dance for nuts because although some have two left legs and some have two right legs, i think i have webbed feet (bayley-WADDLE) and psychomotor similar to a robot.. not connected to a power point and running without batteries.

2) i learn that i'm bloody damn good at counting money because i did it up to the ten thousands.

3) i learn that i can actually recall most of my nursery rhymes because at the first day of orientation i was still able to access them at the back of my head.

4) i'm a barbie girl.

5) oh and i learnt how to count in multiples of 28.

"how do you think you have grown as a leader?"
frankly i think i've learnt the value of patience because the meetings are BLOODY LONG, the dry runs are BLOODY LONGER and the whole orientation seemed like the BLOODY LONGEST counting $36000.

"how do you think you have contributed to the function?"
by providing amusement to most oteamers with barbie girl antics and making a complete fool out of myself. you know, in fact i think that pretty much modelled the way, inspired a shared vision (that we all could be cuckoos), encouraged the heart (that there are ppl around more stupid than you..)

..challenged the process (bet no exco attaché ever did that before) and last but not least enabled others to act (ie laugh). i am great fan of kouzes-posner model and DANG i fit in all five criteria! now i should be able to gain enough experience to level up, my contributions are IMBA!

"what was most challenging?"
trying not to cry out "YESSSSS THERE IS THIRTY FUCKING SOMETHING THOUSAND DOLLARS INSIDE THIS BLOODY BAG AND I'M HANDING IT OVER TO YOU" to the teachers. oh and the attempt not to embezzle money as well. it was really tempting, i was already half toying with the idea of migrating to europe with the cash.

though of course in the end i figured i wanted my 4 As.

okay i should get back to doing real work. it's already damn late and i'm crankier by the minute.

navy seals ftw!~
