jammed flush.

first thought when i woke up this morning: west ham 1-0 arsenal

brushing teeth: west ham 1-0 arsenal

eating breakfast: west ham 1-0 arsenal

i don't know why either, but i got up at a quarter to nine. that's flattering considering i slept at like 2 the night before. or should i say the earlier in the morning.

my day was pretty much dominated by doing stuff - believe it or not. i went to tp swimming complex for 30 laps and this time i completed it in slightly under 29 mins, a substantial improvement. needless to say i'm pleased. lunch after, and i got ripped off. silent rage at the stupid auntie thinking that i'm a stupid boy - but no, i'm just too timid for a direct confrontation at the food court.

visited the barber for a lousy haircut. there you go, no more hair long enough to compare with other girls with short hair (everything is relative). my grandma commented that my previous hairstyle was making me look like a gangster anyway. so i've turned from gangster to gangster with a bad haircut. blame it on the bloody barber, i should have lied to him and paid him 6 bucks.

and i still think why they charge 2 extra dollars for jc students. greedy fags.

went home and played a little sg before going for dentist. then went home again to read island. silly brain-numbing book. i think the author is trying to take all 300 plus pages just to drive home one point: ageing sucks. and oh not to mention that he's some psychologically-screwed depressed sex maniac. i don't exactly know how to put it, but wth i stopped after twenty pages.

that's also partly because i heard a flushing sound. i don't know how long it has been going on, but when i'm playing computer i don't really notice that kinda trash. my guess was that the toilet bowl had been flushing itself silly since two. like wth, that's a hell lot of water wasted.

not wanting to be a spoilt brat, i got up and tried to fix the problem. i un-jammed the flush. and after kinda feeling proud of myself for a good job done (ya cheap thrill), suddenly water came gushing out from some squarish-like hole at the back of the toilet bowl. i didn't even fricking knew it existed la wth. don't believe go check your own toilet bowl. new day new flushing discovery.

so as you can imagine, i got bloody stunned. like grinning one moment and the next moment i just stood rigid wondering what the shit was going on. then i got a move on when the water from the back of the toilet bowl touched my feet. SICK. i wanted to puke.

i took a bucket and tried to collect the water. then i went out and tried to think clearly. (in this case it means calling up anyone who can possibly help)

and when i went back.. SHOCKER - the bucket was overflowing. okay and being home alone, i opted for the best possible solution - using a few choice words at the toilet bowl and without parental restriction, i got liberal with the number of vulgarities i spewed/screamed.

using invectives liberally didn't help the situation, so i tried to lift the cover and check what was wrong with the cistern (or whatever it is, i'm no toilet dictionary). and TMD the whole damn thing was flooded. i was quite unnerved and was like "WHERE THE FUCK IS ALL THE WATER COMING FROM" while the thing just kept flooding.

oh, and i don't think anyone has lifted that thing in years. so i had some stupid mossy thing on my hand and that is BLOODY SICK. argh in the end i got really disgusted and just jammed the fucking flush again (like what else is there to do). ignore the puns but it was really pissing to deal with all that shit.

that's not the worst. my mum came back and after seeing the situation, she started yelling at me for spoiling the flush. seriously, that's what i bloody need after getting all hot and flustered trying to fix the damn thing.

you think i'm ranting? just wait till YOUR flush gets jammed, i'll see how you react.

but meanwhile i think she's called the plumber. i think having such an exciting flush system makes up enough entertainment for the day. now i think she's jammed the flush again (after finding out that not doing so would only cause mass leakage), and sigh i'm probably going to die soon holding in all the water i've drank for the past few hours.

so much for technology - if we had used the primitive flush system of using water to manually clear after doing one's business, would this have happened? though of course being disgusted for one day is better than being disgusted everyday. i'm just talking cock and not making sense here.

and i was thinking if i let the thing leak by the fast way (ie from the back), soon, or in fact tomorrow, i won't even need to travel all the way to tp central for my swim alr. DOMESTIC SWIMMING COMPLEX FTW. who needs to be rich to own a swimming pool la, you just need to screw up the toilet bowl.

right, i think that's enough nonsense from me. back to checking on the toilet bowl. oh and in case you've forgotten, it's west ham 1-0 arsenal.

plumber ftw!~
